Smells like vintage LNDH but fresher with a sparkling citrus opening, longevity is excellent pushing 10+ hours on skin and longer on clothes with decent projection. I can see this being a year round scent. I have a 95% full 2012 vintage bottle for sale if anyone is interested, continental US only. Weird concoction. More aromatic than frozen. Up close, this smells like pepper scented air freshener with a touch of synthetic cashmere wood. A bit farther away and I can pickup on some of the signature caradamom based DNA. Overrated. Yves Saint Laurent's La Nuit De L'homme Frozen Cologne features prominent notes of bergamot leaf + zest, minty fresh geranium petals and tonka bean absolute. To my nose, it is la nuit eau electrique in the opening but it slowly fades into the la nuit dna in the drydown with the freshness of eau electrique lingering in the background. Performance is out of this world for an eau de cologne concentrated fragrance with 12+hrs of longevity while retaining a skin scent projection after a 6ft projection for an hour and a half. La Nuit Frozen Cologne is an all rounder fragrance for me meaning that i could wear this fragrance absolutely anytime without fail regardless of weather, occasion and attire in the singaporean climate.
