Two fragrance bottles photographed on marble for a listing

A good listing sells itself. Buyers on a trust-based marketplace are looking for signals that you are a careful, honest seller — and those signals are entirely within your control.

Photograph the real item

Never use stock images. Shoot the actual bottle in natural light: the front, the fill level, the batch code, and any flaws. Honest photos of a used bottle outperform glamour shots every time, because they build trust.

Show the fill level and the batch code up front. The listings that hide them are the ones buyers scroll past.

Price with the market

Check recent sold listings for the same fragrance, size, and condition, and price within that band. Overpricing kills momentum; a fair price with clear photos sells fast and builds your seller rating.

Ship it safely

Wrap the bottle in bubble film, immobilise it in the box, and ship with the label you buy through Scentfine so tracking is built in. A parcel that arrives intact is what turns a one-time buyer into a repeat customer.
