This place is a sess pitt. 1888 is another great fragrance from xerjoff in the casamorati line up is it groundbreaking no!but its good enough to have in anyone's collection as usual from the house exceptional blending smooth no harsh sharp edges just a smooth blend. The colour of the bottle is stunning ! I really enjoyed my 2ml sample. It's slightly sweet oriental perfume. Not a fan of this genre but would instantly buy a 30 ml bottle on a discount I am really enjoying 1888. I think if you can find it at a discount its a no brainer. Complex and creamy with nice soft floral notes. This could easily go Unisex without a doubt. However, my wife doesn't like it but I think she'll warm up to it. UPDATE: My wife now LOVES IT and has stolen it from me. It's gorgeous and very very spicy. I adore the carnation and cloves but I unfortunately can't keep it as it leans too masculine for me :( Great scent, but I just prefer softer ones. I do agree, the sweetness of it is similar to cola, LOL. Great scent, I did buy the full bottle. Smells like holiday dinners with my family. It DOES smell a bit like cola at first, I agree with some of the people here. Casamorati 1888 is what Id imagine the Billionaire Boys Club to wearing on a night out. Its the type of fragrance that turns heads and gets compliments if thats what your looking for. I never grow tired of wearing it, not too sweet or cloying, a perfect gentleman's fragrance. Its the perfect easy grab for daily use. It does have a floral aspect to it, but not feminine in any way. This is very good cool weather fragrance. Completely unisex (maybe more feminine) and long lasting/projecting. 3 sprays max IMO. I think it is for an older crowd though. Not necessarily an “old people” fragrance but I wouldn’t expect many teenagers or people under 30 would want to wear this.
