The fragrance is created for an “elegant and spirited young woman in love.” Naturally romantic, Miss Dior inspires an intensive and playful love. She personifies the spontaneous joie de vivre of today’s young women. The fragrance represents freedom and seduction, characterized by an instant and captivating charm. The composition is a chypre that develops step by step. It glides from the sharp charm of a fresh, fruity, citrus prelude into blossoming floral notes, then on to the noble elegance of patchouli, before finally concluding with musk, the last trace of memory. I used to use cheap body mists cause I just wanted to smell "nice and clean". Then, my mum gave me a 50ml of this beauty, and it became my first "proper" perfume and opened up a whole new world to me. When I found out this has been discontinued, I tried "similar" perfumes, and new versions of the Miss Dior, hoping they would be able to replace the 2012 masterpiece, but nothing can replace it. To me, it smells like sweet mandarin jam with earthy yet smooth patchouli, and slightly powdery, warm roses. It is well blended, pretty, feminine, elegant, and projects and lasts well. Though I do agree this is more of a lady than a miss, I dont mind it at all; this makes me feel like a glamorous hollywood starlet. 100/10, absolutely intoxicating, and I will cherish the leftover juice I still have, and curse whoever decided to discontinue this. So much better than the new Miss Diors formulations, which barely last and projects on me, and which also smell rather boring. And this is also better blended than Coco Mad, which pulled way too soapy and sharp on me. Just like Coco Mademoiselle I do love this scent but it's super easy to clock when someone is wearing it. It also (for me at least) just feels like that era between 2009 and 2014 when both of these fragrances were super popular. It's a great scen...
