Peach is one of my favourite notes in perfume and therefore it’s no surprise that I enjoy this. Predominately it’s a sweet, creamy peach. Not sparkling. You really get the cream. And yes, it’s plasticky, but then I don’t really see that as a criticism, but rather something interesting. The plasticky note is quite similar to dusty cocoa, and therefore there’s a pleasant dessert feel to it. It’s hard to know whether low ratings for what FK does at Dior are unbiased since he does get a bit of flack. I think his work is intelligent and attractive, which seems to put me in the minority. I would say this perfume is fun. This one is so horrible - unbearably sugary, potent and cloying. I'm always troubled by the synthetic peach note in perfumery, but here it is even worse than usual. I beg the aliens who have kidnapped Francis Kurkdjian and replaced him with a candy maker to please return him to our planet. Peach can be a troublesome note for me as it is usually pitty, musty, or too overripe on me, but not this. Jasmine usually isn't a love but here it's like the natural jasmine-infused water I enjoy, balancing the peach which is a little synthetic. I can see how this may still be challenging because the opening peach is a little dusty, but that clears up in about 10 minutes on my skin and becomes so fruity clean. That's why it's my favorite out of the three because it ends up as a fresh peach syrup shampoo, with subtle creamy undertones from the whipped cream note that allows this to wear nicely in the cold. Very non-offensive. Moderate performance with a nice little trail. UPDATE: I've worn this mornings through evenings, on a plane with heat and AC blowing, walking in hospital hallways to running errands outside. Can't wait to wear this when the seasons get warmer. However, its SEEMS this may b...
