Eau des Merveilles: from surprise to magic and from magic to enchantment, Eau des Merveilles wraps us around its finger on a cloud of fancy. Imagined with an amber woody chord that rings up to the top notes, this fragrance, created by Ralph Schwieger and Nathalie Feisthauer, wins the bet to portray a sparkling femininity without a noticeable floral scent. Paradoxical, contrasted, intimate and delicate, a skin-deep infusion of happiness to savor. I wasn't prepared for how weird it is, how it seems to predict certain salty/marine fragrances like Secretions Magnifique or even Silence the Sea. To me, this woody-citrus resonance is incredibly grounding. It offers a sense of serene liberation that aligns my mind and spirit. It’s not just a perfume; it’s an intellectual sanctuary of "floral-free" beauty. An uplifting and elegant ambery scent, with fresh, spicy, orange and woody nuances. Sparkling and energizing, but also comforting in its warmth. Water of Marvels. Indeed, it is. It‘s fresh, fruity but not too sweet, a bit sparkling - a happy scent. Mayb...
