Request deletion of your Scentfine account and personal data.
How to request deletion
To request that we permanently delete your Scentfine account and the personal data we hold about you, please send an email to:
Send your email from the address registered to your Scentfine account so we can verify ownership before processing the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Your saved shipping addresses and payment-method references
- Your messages, posts, polls and community content
- Your wishlist, recommendations and notification settings
What we may retain
For accounting, fraud-prevention and legal compliance reasons, we may retain limited records of completed orders, payment receipts and shipping-label transactions for the period required by applicable law (typically up to 7 years). These records are anonymised wherever possible.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verified request. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and personal data have been removed.
