I never was never interested with J'adore, because I feel it was made just to be a crowd pleaser. The smell for me was just an average flowery perfume, boring in fact. But someone gifted me the eau de toillette version and I'm just going to use it for errands and what not. Nothing to scream home about. I think, when you have so many scents and your nose matures, these plain Jane perfumes don't quite hit the spot anymore. Apologies for anyone who loves this perfume. I dont hate it, just not impressed. Not impressed. I ex0ected a lot more from this fragrance the way people rave about the j'adore line Vastly better longevity in fabric than on skin for me. Very pretty fragrance, perfect for a hot humid summer as it seems to rise above the sweaty feeling and remain clean-smelling. I took a chance on this for a steal, and I'm so pleased. Best blind buy I've had in a while. I know that this is a classy and classic scent- but I can be obstinate with popular things. I avoided this and the EDP due to popularity. My mistake! This is delightfully bright and effervescent. It does have that lovely clean soap scent and I'm here for it. The bottle is also undeniably lovely and feels great in the hand. I can't deny this edt- it hits right and I think it works in hot or cold weather. More of a sunshine scent for me, so most likely I'll be wearing it in the day more. It lasts well for an EDT on my skin and clothes. Steep price point- but it reflects the refinement. this perfume reminds me of kendrick lamar screaming mustard. its so good it makes me wanna scream like that My sister wanted J'adore for Christmas, foolishly I thought it would be like the original release, how wrong was I, the EDT smells nice, but it was truly like water, after an hour it had vanished, longevity is awful, I ended up going for the L'or, which performed a lot better, and was of course a lot more expensive. Sorry, but the once great fragrance is now a shadow of what it once was. Ah, how to forget my first perfume. Yes, my first perfume was this masterpiece. My mother made sure to give me a taste of what is good at merely 15, before i seriously understood what i had: a scent i would be chasing forever.
