Dune Sun is aptly called because it is the center or nexus of every perfume combo I will ever wear for the rest of my life. I have always been a fan of layering for adding complexity and nuance to my scents. Dune is soooo essential to me, with its windswept burning woodsy sand vibes, unmatched with any other perfume imho...SUN just makes it that much more wearable, even bearable, due to how strong the original Dune is. and I am just utterly obsessed. I have the Brume Parfumee which is as others have noted the same as Sun... I already have a bottle of Sun (NIB!!!) On the way. Needless to say I got about half a bottle of the Brume at a very good deal! To my nose, it is a little sweeter and fruiter than the OG which is a little more sour and broomy. Both are delicious in their own right and I never want to be without Dune 💛 in particular, I feel that this is very much more of a sensory safe Dune, as I notice my clients get mad if I wear anything more than one spray of the Dune original LOL. it is quite sour and strong. But this, combined with the perfume or eau de toilette original, is just perfect. It balances it out so well I can't emphasize enough. I respectfully disagree that you need one or the other.
