This is absolute aphrodisiac with the whole meaning of the word. It is my first time that a name of a perfume is so accurate, in my opinion of course. If you find an opportunity try it. It is like a sweet flesh of a lover. The leather with the musc and the vanilla and the amber is so perfectly mixed and balanced that they are all together with no one overcome the other. It's perfectly blended. In my skin reminds a chocolate leather that is so addictive . You have to test it , it is such an experience. One of my favourite vanillas on the market, and just an interesting fragrance in general. It lives up to its name as I do find it to be sultry, but there are also times where I find myself wanting to drink the scent too. There is a slight animalic tinge thanks to the castoreum, but it's nothing intrusive or offputting. If the idea of animalic fragrances scare you off, I don't think there's any reason for concern here. I've never got literal beaver from this, but maybe I'm just missing out on the finer things in life. I would say it's more of a personal / intimate scent, as I find it doesn't screech like some of the other vanilla powerhouses out there. That said, I have received compliments on this one in everyday settings, so it may be more noticeable than I'm giving it credit for. I don't have any issues with the performance, as I find it lasts most of the day following application. I really really wanted to love this scent but I can only smell the beavers rectum sadly. If the scent didn’t have that note it really gives off a nice warm intimate vanilla and amber. On paper it actually smells pretty good and is very cozy. But on skin the smell is absolutely diabolical. At least on my skin the castoreum is super strong. I’d say try a sample and see if it meshes well with your skin chemistry. I have a feeling this can be a really nice scent on the right person. Sadly just isn’t me though. Idk what a beaver smells like I don’t go into rivers and smell their fur. But this don’t smell like the notes listed. I would describe this as putting pine needles (the sharp woody smell) and soaking in molasses for a year or so, so that the sharpness smoothes out. Then u burn the molasses slightly on a pan. This is definitely not mass appealing and much more a close to skin scent for when you cuddle ur loved one. I wouldn’t want to smell this on a girl at all and for me this is def masculin...
