How do payments work?

We use Stripe Connect. Funds are held until 3 days pass after delivery. Then, the seller gets paid.

Do you verify listings?

Yes. We manually review listings to help ensure authenticity, prevent scams, and keep the marketplace safe.

Is there a selling fee?

Yes, we take 10% per transaction to cover operating and payment processing costs.

Is ScentFine available outside the U.S.?

Not yet. We’re currently U.S.-only but plan to expand internationally soon.

Can I sell decants/samples?

Coming soon. We're working on enabling safe and verified decant sales soon.

Can I create my own fragrance group on Scentfine?

Not yet — but it’s coming. Soon, you’ll be able to create and join groups based on your scent interests.

Is it iOS only?

Yes, for now. Android and Web are coming soon.
